audition (nothing serious)

Confession: today I’m going for an audition hahaha yeah I think it’s going to be a laugh of my life. I tried to sing to myself this morning and I sounded just like some of those X factor contestants….those who were never chosen by Simon Cowell

Anyway, I’m not going for an audition to X Factor LOL it’s just a musical in the church. It’s Jesus Christ Super Star musical, and they’re going to raise money for the pilgrimage to Brazil.

I know my solo is not good, I sound weak and ‘try too hard’ sort of, however, the reason I want to try is that I have already sang in the choir for Christmas carols and I loved it…..also my friend (who has an amazing voice) wants to go as well but i sscared to go by herself, so these are 2 reason why I’m going….I have already promised my friend so I can’t just change my mind and tell her I’m not coming. I have no idea how it’s going to look like, if I feel it’s not for me I won’t even try to audition and just stay there so my friend have some company. What I’m hoping for (if I try) is to be accepted into a choir, but lets see.

The song I have chosen and might or might not sing is from the Lion King ‘He lives in you’. It’s not the best song for my voice but I can’t find anything better.

gosh why am I doing these things???? If not for my friend I wouldn’t go!
