It’s been a while

Hmm..my old friend Open Diary…

I’ve neglected you.  Been busy installing plants and teaching kids.  It’s a good combination and doesn’t leave much free time for posts.  I’ll reflect on it all now.

PLanting is fun and you learn the geology of different parts of town.  Pinecrest will require serious effort with the pick because you are gonna run into some serious coral.   MIami Beach is easy to dig.  Blah blah.  It’s fun for me.

If I hired employees I could probably expand and so on.  But I’m still worried that I wouldn’t get enough work to justify the expense…worried they’ll steal…worried about become a legitimate company…

So I head out with my brother and a pick.  Sometimes just me and the pick and the spade.  Two weeks ago I did 5 13′ gumbo limbos by myself.  oooh that was a day.  Just getting them out of the truck was a workout.  When I first started all of this my hands would get blistered and bloody.  Now it takes an incredible weekend to do that.  And it all started with a blog and craigslist. You gotta love the Internet.
