i meant to let you know, i managed to do what you asked. i didn’t think she would want to speak to me, but i told you before i messaged India. well, she did message me. she said she knew her daddy loved me (and spice). said everyone knew. it was nice of her to say.

anyway. i offered to help as i can. i don’t have anything extra to send, but wanted to find a way to get some cash in her hand. well, guess what. i managed. we’re passing the hat at your life celebration. well. they are. but yours truly asked wenda to do it, and she agreed it was a great idea. you know our starlite crowd, baby. generous, sometimes to a fault. they will help her. i know they will.

also, remember when i told you about the role playing thing i did back a million years ago? i figured that most of us either were, or knew, rennies. our “first meeting” story cannot be the only one there is…i can’t be the only one in that enormous group of people who knows someone who knows you. so. i reached out. i asked all my RP friends to please share the GoFundMe page in their areas, and to their RenFaire Friends. many of them did, and i’m so grateful. we have gotten more mileage than i hoped for. it makes me happy for my generation’s weird obsession with Online Friends and Frambly.
