Where has everybody gone?

random title…it kind of fits my mood at the moment…As my endless days of college go by i can’t help but think about my friends in iraq….and how i should be there fighting by their side…i discussed the topic today with a few people…and nobody really gave me a legitimate reason why i shouldn’t be there….i feel that i have a duty to defend my country and the freedoms that i enjoy everyday…and i am definately able-bodied…which means i should be there…hands down no questions asked…i feel like a coward…bein here sittin on my butt….when i know some random guy or girl probably my age or younger is riskin their butt for me at this very moment….i guess i’d be paying my debt to society….i don’t know…i see rachel and lauren both patiently waiting for their men to come home to them…and i just can’t help wanting to join the cause….just thought i’d post what was goin on in my head today….later guys….

p.s.- just talked to pilley, he’s in iraq and he talked to jude yesterday! haha to get details you’ll have to call me

Everyone’s life leads them to different places and circumstances…We’re not all meant to be soldiers, but it surely doesn’t mean your a coward. It’s good to know your willing if the time were to come…despite what you see, there are probably several young people who could really care less

Anyway…about your entry…I definitely don’t think that since you aren’t a soldier in Iraq that you are a coward. Thats nonsense. Don’t ever think that. Jude? I’d love to know how that fella’s doing. Is he back at Lejeune? Don’t know why I’m asking, not like you’re going to tell me anyway! TPSJ, I think you could handle the tasks of being a soldier, sailor, airman or Marine, but I don’t think it’s right for you. I won’t get into the reasons here… But that’s just how I feel. (Per writing guides, “Marine” IS the only one that gets a cap letter 😉
