for me i just have to avoid binging. sigh. i was like “i’m going for a walk” and my 8 year old brother was like “YOU”RE ON A DIET” my sister bought a 1000 dollar treadmill, i go for three walks out in the sunshine and i am on a diet. well i am but he shouldn’t think that. haha i am weird. ummmm yeah. i’m trying to eat normally/exercise etc. does that ever work? lmao
