loving you is one thing i’ll never regret

Spring break starts in 26 hours. Until then, I should be doing the homework that’s due tomorrow, since technically my break won’t start until I’ve handed it in.

In the pursuit of my homework completion, I have
……….;watched Heathers
……….;played Zelda
……….;played The Sims for much longer than any normal human being should
……….;talked online
……….;paid my phone bill
……….;and taken a nap.

As you can see, I’m very much focused on my studies.

Since I’m halfway through my semester, I’ve decided to analyze and share (because you know you’re interested) my opinions on classes and professors.

Aerospace Structures II

My teacher looks like Fez from That 70s Show. I’m not the only one who thinks so. And he even has the accent. All that aside, he’s a good teacher. He managed to make stress analysis not completely boring. Of course, I won’t know if my opinion will change after tomorrow, when I get my first exam back.

Aeronautics

My teacher is a hippy. And he’s evil. Instead of being the kind of hippy where grades don’t matter and everyone gets an A for effort and what the world needs now is love sweet love, he’s a mean hippy. His class is all over the place… and 90% of the class is freaking out because he doesn’t test us on what we’ve learned.

Damn hippy.

(Please note that my opinion of this professor is my opinion of all hippies. I like people who smoke pot and wear beads and write protest songs. But I just hate them when they’re trying to make me fail.)

Dynamics and Control of Aerospace Systems

This class is bloody boring. I still managed to score an A on the first midterm.

Aerodynamics II

This class is taught by the sweetest little old Jewish lady you’ll ever meet. But she wears the same shirt every day. And her notes are copied verbatim from our book. It makes me wonder why I even enrolled when all I had to do was buy the book.

Technical Writing

I hate this class. It’s silly and pretentious, and YES, I already know how to make a resume and cover letter, thank you.

Saturday night I went to a social with the sorority. ‘Twas fun. Afterwards we all went to another frat in our secretary outfits (the theme of our social was secretaries and CEOs). I’d forgotten how much fun it is hanging out with girls.

And if anyone is going to Hot Topic (I know, I know) sometime in the future, look for the Say Anything t-shirt. I’m majorly craving it. I’ve been telling everyone and their mother that I want it, so hopefully I’ll find it inside one of my presents on my birthday…

And I want some of those arm warmers. Does that make me weird?

And I want to go here.

That having been said, I need a break.

Gotta run. For my next procrastination event, I’m going to clean my room for the first time in a month.
