¤@¤Ñ one day

 

昨天和前天都去了健身，今天決定休息一天。

 

那些多餘的脂肪都在聖誕假時回來了，再不努力一點,過春節時便要把自己藏起來,免得親友皆異口同聲地說:「你胖了!」

 

即使日後瘦了都要待一年後才能平反咧!

 

回家後下載了Ivy 介紹的babylon on-line dictionary,
真的幾好用呢, 只需在該字上用滑鼠點擊便有解釋彈出了,真謝謝Ivy呢!

 

 

I had go to gym yesterday and the day
before. today I choose to take a brake.

 

The fat had came back after this Christmas
holiday, I must try hard , otherwise when the Lunar New Year come (it is the
chinese new year, it is at about Feburary each year, in chinese calendar, the
starting of a year in at about Feburary.), I must hide up myself, to avoid
hearing the relative both say to me that, “you look fat !”

 

Eventhough I slim again, it must waiting
for 1 year to have that sentence reverse.

 

After back to home, I download the babylon
on-line dictionary which is promoted by Ivy, it’s really convenient, thank you
