A little bit down today – and a survey

I’m kind of down today.  There are soo many babies on this floor and I hear them crying and I hear families who are happy and introducing their other children to their new little brother or sister, and I hear visitors coming and crying and saying congratulations and it’s just really starting to get to me.  I’m just scared that something is going to happen.  And just hearing everyone else at the end of their pregnancies and with healthy babies is just kind of tearing me up right now.  *sighs*  so yeah, here’s a survey in an attempt to take my mind off of things:

What song are you listening to right now? I found this new Missy Higgins song on youtube called "If I’m honest".  I’ve been listening to it pretty much over and over again.  I really like it.  Can’t wait for her next CD.

Admit it — you want a Snuggie. What design/color? I admit that I do already have a snuggie.  It’s the zebra striped one…  I got it for Christmas from my mother-in-law.  I like it. 🙂

Do you prefer movies at home or movies at the theatre? Depends on the day.  I like snuggling up at home with a good movie but I like the movie theater experience once in awhile too… and the icees and popcorn. 😉

How many songs does your iTunes have? A ton.  I’d look to give you a better idea but they’re on our desktop at home.

Do you take a shower in the morning or the night before? In the morning.  I can’t stand taking a shower the night before.  I just don’t feel fresh in the morning unless I take a shower.  And my hair just doesn’t do well after it’s been slept on!

What’s your academic niche? (History, math, science, etc.) I was pretty good at everything but my niche was either business classes or english lit classes.

Who’s your youngest teacher? I’m not sure, I never really asked their ages…  I know my German teach in highschool was in her 20’s so she was probably my youngest.  Frau Peterson.  She was a great teacher.

Have you ever had the samples people offer you at Costco? I’ve never been to a Costco but I used to take them at Sams Club.

If you had to name your kid after a food, what would his/her name be? Cherry… like the girl from the Outsiders.
