I don’t have any control over weight gain or loss.
It has a power of it’s own.
I just watch it happen, from a distance.

I saw the dietician today.
I like him.
He isn’t forceful.
And he’s very insightful, and knowledgeable.
I think he can help….
In tiny increments.
Tiny ways…..
that just might add up.
Even though I’m terrified.
Good to hear. I wish you could stop being scared. How’s the weather in Australia? What part do you live in?

terrified is good when you can trust the people around you for support. it means you’re changing and learning and stepping out of your comfort zone. all good things. hang in there hon. i’m rooting for you. xoxox *~

(hugs) to you as you struggle. At least you are taking steps of your own. Linette

I think the above noter is right – terrified is good. I hope you can go on regardless. I think you’re far too near the edge – you need to start taking those steps backwards, even if they are really tiny. Otherwise you’ll fall. We don’t want you to fall!!

baby steps, hun. just so long as you’re heading in the right direction. (hugs) you can beat this. stay strong.

well……elizabeth, its clear that things are not optimal right now. but you have strangers who care about you (like me and other od’ers) and people in your life (like damien and sophie) who love you. overcoming the fear is the first step and i think you’re strong enough to do that. godspeed and you’re in my thoughts
