Birthday cake for you…and a little more…

Hello, hello!!

So, another year has gone by and I’m not a year older … eek!!  It was my birthday at the end of September (28 on the 28th), and I went out to a bar the Saturday just gone.  I have no idea why, but I didn’t even feel like celebrating my birthday this year.  I just didn’t want to do anything for it.  But don’t get me wrong…once I did go out, I had a great time!

Admittedly, I was annoyed with a couple of people that left early, and they’re good friends, so I would have expected them to stay a while, but hey…you can’t choose your friends…no, hang on…that’s not right!  hehe…I’m messing!

I was quite touched actually, cos 4 people from work came along.  Two of them had to go, and I knew that from beforehand, but one came back which was nice of him.  And I don’t know, I just felt like they made more effort than a couple of my mates.  I say a couple, I guess I’m only really thinking of one of them.  And she didn’t wish me a Happy Birthday on my birthday…it was at about 1.30am on the 29th (the morning after)!  I guess that did annoy me, and whilst she says that she didn’t forget, I can’t help but to wonder, you know?

But anyway…I now have acquired another year of wisdom…I’ll appreciate it if you don’t all share that secret with anyone..I don’t want to be uncovered as a fraud just yet…we’ll let them keep thinking I’m a bit wiser!  🙂

Well…for all of you, close your eyes and imagine a big birthday cake…it can be whatever you like….now, before the roof starts burnng, help me blow out the candles so we can commence with our food fight!!  Right, on 3…
