My credit card expired last week and waited for the new one to come by mail but nothing appeared in mail box .. After few days I went to the nearby branch to ask about the delay causes .. The place was crowded but calm.. Many Asian figures were lined-up to open new accounts or may be to up-date their data.. I picked up a number and sat on the cozy couch .. I heard the client-service agent repeating the same apology .. (sorry Mr. … as you know we are processing the papers of some military groups .. we have to open accounts for them .. they asked for sequent serial numbers .. I cant open your account now.. You may come next week.. ok…thank u ).. The poor Indian collected his papers and left..
The second one approached the guy.. asking for account statements or something.. yet he heard the same story.. I was the fifth client and before he start his lies and fake excuses.. I said ( My commander is asking about the number of accounts you have opened so far..)  He paused for a moment and said (.. Sir, how I can help u).. I said (ok .. my credit card has been delayed for ten days.. would you check the matter.. please.) I gave him my account number,  he opened a drawer on his left .. searched a bit and gave me my damn new card..
Why some banks do such dirty tricks ..
