 67. Practice ignoring negative thoughts. It’s estimated that the average person has over 50, 000 thoughts a day. Many of them will be negative- angry, fearful, pessimistic, worrisome. 

26. Set aside quiet time everyday.

28. Seek first to understand. Rather than make others understand your opinions, first try to understand theirs.
