My Interview With The Prison.

Hey, just thought I’d update you all on my prison thing. I got in at 830AM, and sat waiting until about 940 before they finally called me in. They weren’t interviewing anyone else at the time, I think it was just because they were sacrificing a goat or something. Well, I go in, and it’s a somewhat panel interview in that I am being interviewed by a hiring officer and a lieutenant. They asked me various situational common-sense questions, the first few of which I got incorrect until somewhat led to the right answer. The lieutenant stated that the ones I got incorrect were things that one generally learns in training or on the field, and that they were mainly looking for me to learn from the first few questions about how to answer the later ones. I then went and did some paperwork. In all, it took two hours, but the hiring manager stated that as long as my background check goes well, they hope to get me in on the December training session. Woo for me!
