I’m sitting in the garden, for the first time in ages, we have a breeze! Once that breeze stops though omg the intense heat is still there! Sat out for a while reading and actually exposed my legs, well up to my knees anyway hehe. They are a nice salmon pink as I speak!

I have so much to write. Not sure how far I will get. My daughter is entertaining herself in the garden, the lads are doing homework and hubby is finishing off work. I may have to come back to finish this entry later.

So first off, hubby enjoyed his scotland trip, and amazingly he did bring me back some scottish tablet, 2 packets. I was going to ration myself, but confess the first packet got eaten my tuesday (although my daughter did help a bit!) I hid the second bag in the salad drawer and I will open that tomorrow 🙂

Tuesday, we had a visit from a reporter from our local radio station to ask people about this new housing development. Thankfully managed to round up a few people for him to talk to, it was quite good! Later that day was the ‘meeting’ with Redrow, the housing development people. This was basically a display of about 4 boards with the planned layout for proposed housing estate, paired with redrow publicity crap. There were reps from the company, none of who were over about 25, and their whole attitude was appaling. I may well talk more about the plans later. But I can’t think about it too long it gets me mad!

Wednesday was rather interesting. The road we have to pass through to get to school was filled with huge vans, a couple of caravans, gazebo’s and a lot of people milling around. Me and another mum wondered if travellers had decided to camp there for the night! Once home I posted on the village fb group asking if anyone knew what was going on. Found out they were filming one of those house make over shows, hosted by none other than Peter Andre. Ok so I know who he is, mostly from his mysterious girl song lol, plus he did the ‘get me out of here’ jungle thing. And of course him meeting his future wife on that show, Katie Price (otherwise know as the busty model Jordon, or was it Jordan….anyway) I know he has his own fly on the wall show too as I always caught the last few minsof it when I recorded TVD lol. He was filming all day, but then wors got out that at 5.30 he was going to do a meet and greet/autograph session. Well for the space of a couple of hours, my street went nuts! Must have been over 200 people, turned up. Didn’t bother myself, but a few of my friends all have photos on fb now lol. It was odd though just to have a little taste of what happens to a celeb, I mean even in the middle of nowhere village, was amazing!
