chilly

I’ve been cold all day. The heating is barely on during the day, busy enough being on the go all day, keeps you warm. But today I really felt like snuggling up in my duvet and not moving. However, there were things to be done, thankfully my daughter was well enough to go back to school.

My mind has been all over the place. I am over thinking everthing I have to do in the next couple of weeks, and wondering if I’m going to get it all done. I’m also being a bit of a worry wort about a couple of my friends who are going through stuff right now, and I’m so annoyed that I’ve managed to get another cold.

Hubby went out tonight for a meal with a group of people he used to work with. He wasn’t looking forward to it, but I told him to try and enjoy himself, it was a night out, other like minded people to talk to, even if the only thing you actually have in common is work stuff. He just got in, and yes he enjoyed himself. I haven’t had a night out, on my own/with other people for………wow a long time. Maybe I should round up a friend to go out with one night!

I will hopefully finish writing christmas cards tomorrow and get then ones that need posting, posted. Had a couple arrive in our post yesterday and today, still not feeling the chrimbo vibes, tree and decs up at the weekend, maybe that will help
