Update On my trouble maker

For those of you who do not know she this is in reguards to my ex’s nine year old daughter see previous entry for more details….Turns out she stole a bunch of stuff from the book fair and told the school it was beacuse we hated her and would not give her money for the items she wanted (SPOILED BRAT) Anyways the real reason is that With her dad(the Ex) moving he is trying to save up for down payment on his new place and i have been without a job since November in order to stay home and help her with her schooling which was struggling so financially we just could not give her anything. She also got mad when the librarian confronted her and threw a temper tantrum and broke some kind of a computer devive (that the book fair had on sale) by picking it up and trowing it at the wall. So all and all She got Charged for the computer device thingy (which we will have to pay for like we can afford it) and it made me mad because the items she tried stealing the school let her keep and is charging us. (we didn’t know this part till late last night when she was leaving to go to her moms and i stoped her cuz she had shit stuffed up her jacket. She refused to tell me what she had…..Which made the fumes boil outta my head more…..After an argument she finally emptied the jacket. There was a book, a tablet of paper, two pencils and an eraser (all Stolen from the book fair) Her dad was already in the car honking the horn cuz he didnt realize what was going on inside….So I walked out with her and explained he did not realize they let her keep all the stuff. So long story short I now have alot of shit i dont want….But hey it isn’t going back to her. And to top it all off I was doing what her dad asked and told her to go into her room when she got home yesterday and she gave me a nasty attitude and stomped around her room shouting how much she hates me and this family and that she wished we were all dead….which then brought my 5 yr old to tears because my 5 yr old loves my exs daughter to pieces and she was sad that her Desere was saying mean things to her….. Anyways long story short as of yesterday she has to write a letter to the school principal and to the school librarian to appologize for her inappopriate behavior. She also had to write me and my two kids appoligy letters to me and my two kids for being mean and saying hurtful things to us. Hopefully this is just a one time thing but i am wondering if the behavior issues are going to continue with her dad and i splitting up…..I hope not
