Whose stupid idea was that, anyway?

well. So. yesterday I went to Rosny at about 2:30, thinking that i could go catch up with some friends, then enrol, then probably just go home and get some much needed study done. However, things unravelled quite differently to what I’d first imagined.

See, john picked me up and we hung around by the lockers, seeing a few people, saying hi. then I get a text from Shane telling me he wants me to meet him in the foyer. See, Shane and i are now friends, which is cool. i’m ok being friends with him. I figured, what the hey, i’m going to be in the foyer in a sec anyway to enrol, so why not? So i went to enrol (which was unsucessful, by the way, they basically told me to come back and enrol on the highschool feeder days, despite that the handbook says that year 11’s need to enrol for year 12 in October..)and then went back in to the foyer and chatted to Shane for a bit. It was only at first meant to be a small chat, but then meg and john started kissing and being generally couply, and hence ignoring my signs that signalled i wanted to go home. So i ended up sitting down with Shane and we chatted a bit more.. and then Alex, my saviour, came with keil. they were going to get coffee from eastlands for Rocco, who was doing very important drumming, apparently. So i went with them, and so did Shane, but that was OK. Then after a while of running around with the guys meg and john left, which was ok, because I really just felt like hanging out with Alex and keil. Ended up platying a four player game of tron on the computer in the audio design room, lost terribly but i still did ok i think. Then we watched a band play a song for Linc and they got feedback and stuff, and Jason came and said hi, and then Alex had left his keys at muffin break so we went back to get them. when we got back to the college Rocco, Hamish and Matt were waiting in the chairs at the office, and the boys had a few races, and then it was suggested that we sould all go do something, even though it was a school night. next thing i know I’m at Rocco’s place with Alex and Rocco and Booms with a carton of beer and a poker set. A while later ness showed up so our game was finished up. Booms ended up piking and driving homw quite early in the night, and Ness and Rocco went off to Rocco’s room, so Alex and i stayed up watching videos on YouTube until about midnight, at which point i decided o go to bed.. however Alex had different ideas. We had to share the futon, and I got into bed, and he came to bed and just continued drinking and insisted i not fall asleep, so we ended up talking for about 3 and a half hours about life and past relationships, and my dilemma with shane, and the awesomeness of Emily, how Emily makes us both feel better, and how he thinks that i have more of an ability to make Em happier than him, which i don’t think is true 😛

ended up falling asleep at 3:30ish.. and waking up at 6:30 to leave at 7:30. Alex and i didn’t have class this morning so we got subway for breakfast, and to the supermarket to get juice, and then caught a bus to town and ate in the park and played mega-big-chess in Franklin Square. After which I braided his hair and he walked me to school. Which is where i find myself now, feeling dirty and tired and generally notsogreat, and I am supposed to be going back to rosny after school to do some filming with Alex and Booms and Tom.. i think i should shower first, somehow. But all together an epic few days i think..
