Self Publishing

So I am thinking about doing some self publishing of short stories on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. Any Ideas on what to write about? Erotica seems to be the biggest market for short stories and I have a long track record of writing adult stories, but what else could I write that might find a decent audience.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
