…"Listen"…

and i dont know what to say

i feel you here within my heart
i know that you love me
but there are times that i feel alone
like i’m the only one who feels this way

you are the one that i want
the one that i love
i want to hold you forever
i want you to be the one

even though everyone is telling me to walk out on you,
i’m still by your side praying that we make it through
cuz i believe in you

i will stand my ground knowing that
God is on our side
He is the reason why i’m standing next to you
Believing that your love is true

Promise me that you’ll never stop proving to me
how much i mean to you
cuz i really need you to show me that
what you say is true

let your words match up with your actions
let what you feel shine through with what you do
cuz that’s the only way i’ll be able to fully believe in you
