Happy Valentine’s Pictures

My day was good, Chris brought KenzieBear to work to see me, dressed all cute, and he bought me some white roses. He is a doll. Reagan and I were bitching about how married men don’t try anymore, now that they get the milk for free. We were only half serious. But then he goes and pulls something like last night and proves me all wrong. That jerk đŸ˜‰ Anyway, it was an uneventful day, and evening, I think that was the most we saw each other yesterday. Today I need to go to the bank, and work to get my check (I think) and go to the dealership to pay my down payment. I also need to pay off my hospital bills finally. Then we still have extra cash leftover which I’m going to use a little on the baby of course, and then we are going to save the rest for bills, and next months car payment. Here’s a question for mommy’s. Do I need a high chair? At what age? Since I wasn’t able to breastfeed, which I HATE, I’m starting her on baby foods earlier than I wanted to. I’m definately getting a bouncer/walker because those are easier to move around than her swing, and then I can take her room to room while I clean. But I’m wondering if I need a high chair yet.
Just because it’s a holiday, and the year to the day we concieved her, I’ll make the pictures public, for a few days.

So cute! I think the rose petals are such a neat idea, I never would have thought of that! And I like your nail polish, LOL! As for the high chair, we bought ours around January of last year… let’s see, Dom would have been about 3 – 3 1/2 months old. (his birthday is almost the same as Kenzie’s!) I started him on solids at 2 months because he was constipated and rather than give him a laxative every day I gave him prunes, etc. In the beginning, one of us would hold him and the other would feed. And eventually we bought the highchair which was SOOO much easier. Ours is an Evenflo one (there are pictures of it on my diary, I can scrounge around and find some for you if you want to see it/compare it to another one) It’s wonderful, and it has 7 different heights (so it’ll fit up to your table) AND 3 levels of reclining. Wonderful, I love it! And it’s still going strong a year later, very durable đŸ™‚ But yeah, you can probably get by without buying one for a while and just use a bouncer or holding her to feed her, the high chair just makes it a bit easier đŸ™‚

Shes gorgeous! *Personally* we never used a high chair, we always fed Hailey from her bumbo or exersaucer. I’m thinking we need one for Kendall though.

Oh she’s beautiful. About the highchair… I guess it depends on where you eat. If you have a family meal sitting at the table then it would be useful (lol we dont!) If you tend to eat on a couch or elsewhere then a bouncy chair would more likely than not be better, or even just sitting on a knee. We have a high chair and we hardly ever use it!
