One Month *pics*
My sweet baby is one month old! How did that happen? Just yesterday I was pushing her out!
Thanksgiving was bitter semi-sweet. It was just the 4 of us, and our first holiday without Jess. It was quiet and lonely, and didn’t feel at all like any special day. The food was traditional and good, but the day was lacking spirit. I never thought last year’s Thanksgiving would be our last with Jess. I’m glad I got photos, although had I known I would have taken color photos, instead of my abstract black and white Thanksgiving theme.
Wes had to teach some people in town about some military doo dad, so he was in town for a few days before Thanksgiving and he got to meet his niece and goddaughter. Chris and I decided that Wes and Cindy are the logical choice to raise Kensington should something happen to either of us. We believe that they would take the best care of her, and are financially stable.
Of course now Kenzie has deicded to wake up, so an update later, with pictures of total cuteness!

Awwwww! She is BEAUTIFUL! I cannot believe she is ONE month already!? Holy cow! It seems like she was just born YESTERDAY. Well, come to think of it, it seems like my baby girl was just born yesterday and now she’s SEVEN months old! *cries* They grow up too fast, don’t they!? Hope you’re having a great weekend! *hugs*

shes so beautiful!!!!! she reminds me kind of of my new baby cousin Cameron, who was born about a week after her. when i first held him i almost cried. their just so precious.

*RYN* I would not be upset if this little guy came a week or two early. I’m just so excited to meet him! Plus my back and hips are starting to make it known they are unhappy. I like exclamation points too! 😀

*RYN* My parents are timing a trip down for around the time he is born. It will be nice to have them here to help out. Dan also has about 4 weeks of leave saved up at work so he is going to take time off to be with us too. I haven’t been very emotional so far. Save for the first three months or so when I was a huge bitch, LOL! 😀 I’m not sure what I will be like after he is here. Probablyjust in heaven staring at his little self! 🙂

RYN: they’re pretty sure it’s not CTS because when he has me stick my wrists together with my hands pointed down and wiggle my fingers they only go numb a tiny bit and supposedly it would be pretty noticable if it were CTS. Though most of the numbness and tingling that I have in my hands is usually the thumb or index finger which suggests CTS but I’m sure the nerve test will determine it.

*RYN* They must think that we become THEIR children and they need to make up for all the lecturing they didn’t get to give us growing up 😛 I would never go over to another adult’s house and criticize their housekeeping/landscaping, etc. Or their choices in life (unless they were doing something really stupid and endangering their children or something). SHEESH!
