Bring On ’07

I can’t believe it’s ’07. Seems like just yesterday I was sitting at a friends drinking a beer at 15, waiting to see if the world would end on y2k. That was seven years ago. How the hell did that happen? I’ll be 23 this year. Chris will be 30. I need to make his birthday super special because he’s really been hating this moment in time. His birthday is in May and I want it to be one of his best. This past year has been a hard one for many people. It wasn’t that bad for us. Jess’s cancer count went way down. At the begining of treatment two years ago, he was at 377, and now it’s at 19.2. That’s freaking awesome! Chris and I celebrated our first year of marriage in 06′. I had one of the best birthday’s last year. Vince moved out to Tennessee and has decided to stay. Sheena and him are back together, and doing great again! We made a new friendship with Leigh and John. Mike came out for a visit.

There were some downfalls, my grandfather diagnosed with prostate cancer, thankfully they caught it early and his count is only 25 PSA. The sinkholes surrounding our house ( we’ve found some starting in the front yard too recently), and us being low on money. Chris’s parent’s health is slipping too.

Who knows what ’07 will bring. Hopefully lots of money, good memories, and thinner thighs!
