One Year

Hard to believe that just one year ago we got married. It feels like so much longer. Like I’ve known Chris all my life. I love this feeling. I love my husband and I love what our vows mean. I love that we pledged eternity to each other. We don’t have a lot planned, just dinner, and some quiet time alone, but I’ll take it. I can’t wait until I can look back and say, I remember our first year of marriage.

Today I woke up to the entire house cleaned and my present sitting on the bed in front of me. He got me some bath works for myself, and two books. One is relationship advice for marriage, and the other is a funny marriage comic book. I love the fact my husband loves being married. He wants everyone to be married. I never thought when I first met him, he could be this passionate about marriage. Especially since marriage was a word he said he would never do. I’m so thankful to God for blessing me, and this marriage.

i was just re-reading all my notes from 2003, yeah, 3 years ago, and i saw one from u…i apparently was concerned about ur drug usage….lol…turns out a year later i became thee biggest meth addict…life is crazy….so i had to note. lol

Thanx,..I thought about deleting them b4, but part of me cant right now. i dont even know why…i hold on to those days and all the people involved so tightly, it scares me

This so nice to read.I’m married 37 years now and it’s not quite like that anymore. But he does all the cooking, he actually insists, so I can’t complain. Many more.
