"We Belong Together"

I talked with Chris again tonight about trying to conceive (ttc). It actually went well and I felt like we both agreed on a course of baby makin’ action. He actually saw my point of things. I told him that I was going to start trying in November and that I wasn’t discussing it, I was just letting him know. He actually agreed that when we get medical insurance, provided we have a decent amount in the bank, tha we would start trying in November. November happens to be the month we will be eligable for insurance! I asked him if he didnt think that starting school before I got pregnant might be a challenge because I’d have to miss a few months of schooling after birth for bonding time, and then I’d be behind and get depressed. He agreed again. So we are offically TTC sometime in November!

I had a great night at work. I made 65 bucks on a slow night, and first down made less than I did. 1st down gets first tables and leaves last for the advantage of making more. One of my tables was a party of 9 and they actually asked me if there was anything that they could pray for me for. So I asked for prayers for Pam and Jess. Then I totally amazed myself and asked if they minded if I joined in. I don’t know if I shouldn’t have because I was at work, but this was for my family. I’ve said before I don’t have a religion, but I believe in God, and respecting all religions. I’m not one of those people who depends on prayers for a green light and a good hair day. I’m more of a save my prayers for the big things, and take the small things into my own hands. Isn’t said somewhere that He helps those, who help themselves?
