Laundry daze
Ok, No one will probably understand this but me, but it’s frustrating and I need to get it out.
Why do some people find it so damn hard to follow a schedule? It’s obviously there for a reason, why is it so hard to understand? Everyone has a specific list of things to do on specific days. I have a list of children that are in my care. You have a list of children that are in your care. Don’t try to take care of my children and then get frustrated when you CHOOSE to do it and then something goes wrong in your group. Like lunch. You sit and you watch me, then when someone at your table spills milk, which happens everyday because they are mostly under 2 years old, you yell at them making them feel about 2 millimeters big. When i happen to look up and I can see it about to happen but it’s too late. now if you were watching your own children, you could have probably prevented it.
Laundry. It’s my duty. Please don’t do it. If I don’t get it done in time, then it’s my fault. Please don’t take over my job when you cannot even do yours.
Then to other rooms, please do not take my laundry out, when it is MY laundry day, just to put yours in. You should not be doing it on my day anyways. We don’t do it on your day, please don’t do it on ours.
Please don’t yell at my children when you do not clearly tell them what you want. They are two. they need more description then, "Hey! Don’t do that!" They don’t know what that is. You need to tell them, and explain it to them in a calm, friendly voice. And yes, I realize that that isyour voice tone, but please, work harder on changing it when you are around the children. You’ve ben told that already in you evaluation, and now you are yelling at the staff too. Please Stop.
It i smaking it very hard for me to work with you, and you are a nice person, but you make work very stressful when you are not being very nice to the children and staff.
Bleh.
Now I am going to go to work.
