update

so, you’d think considering the amount of free tim ei hav eon my hands that i would be able to keep up with this more than i have eh?  well, if i did, then all it would consist of would be, "hi, its monday, its nice out, my cat just scratched me… hi it’s tuesday, docs appointment…hi its wednesday, its cold out, im bored, my cat just scratched me again.’  so you see, less excitement than one would think. 
So i don’t need bandages on my finger anymore, the wounds are all healed, just scars and my finger is still broken.  im allowed to try and ‘move’ it.  like bend my middle knuckle, but if you’ve ever not been allowed to bend ure knuckle for a month, and thne suddenly allowed, you’ll find it difficult too.  So im not excited about that at all.  Almost have all the feeling back…  Just feels like the middle of my finger is asleep still.  but i have all feeling in the tip and near my palm.  I’m not in pain though…speaking of which, it’s still infected however and still rather swollen in the middle knuckle area…and i need tot ake my antibiotics…brb.
Done.  stupid horse pills. 
Um, on sunday i did a ‘behind the scenes with the giraffes’ at the Zoo.  that was absolutley fabulous.  they’re fantastic creatures, and we got to feed them.  And one of the females is pregnant! yay! a baby giraffe is coming in september.  Did you know that giraffes are ‘with child’ for 15 months.  isnt that nuts?!  and when they areny pregnant, they are on their cycle every 2 weeks.  thats awful.  And for the male to tell if the female is in heat, he tastes her urine.  thats gross.  But it was absolutely fabulous to see them and i wanted to pet them sooooo bad but we werent allowed.  Their tongues are purple and the length of our forearms!  They are so gorgeous.  It makes me happy that I adopted one in Africa.  As well as the elephant.  So the week before that, we did ‘behind the scenes with the tigers’ which was also amazing.  I was having a bad finger day that day though, the pin was still in and it was cold out so it would freeze my finger almost instantly but it was still amazing.  we were inches away from one of the grown cubs.  there was a gate between us though lol.  But he alswell was gorgeous.  We do the lions at the end of the month too.  its gonna be cool. 
I just finished watching ‘a history of violence’ and i must say, ‘it was the worst mob movie ever’  someone shot him, he shot back, and killed his brother.  it was over before it started.  it had no where to go but DOWN!  And i like viggo mortenson.  Ah well, cant win em all.
So i’m hooked on 24, thanks to a friend at work.  And lost.  thanks to the same friend.  however, i only saw season 1 of lost, and season 2 is on tv, almost done though…and im on the last 3 discs of 24 before i have to resort to tv and its awful commercials. 
So everything is pretty much set up at my new place now.  A few more things to han gon the walls and organiing some shelves, but that wont take long really.  i think im gonna wait to do that till i get a little more mobility in my hand.
but for now im gonna sign off because im sick of repeatidly haveing to hit the backspace button everytime my splint hits the keyboard and makes me f*ck up.  and im getting a cramp in my index finger.  It’s doing all the damn work.
