Long expected holiday

The majority of the last year has seen a lot of change with my attending school again. I am excited to be done with the first year of my master degree. the year has been met with challenges that I believe my family has done quite well to overcome. These challenges have included relocating from Saint Paul, MN to Saint Louis, MO. Also the transition for me as I started an academic life once again. My wife has been very supportive of the time demands that the academics require of me.

I am truly blessed to have the most wonderful wife a man can ever ask for. there have been instances where i could have better managed my time to balance home and academics. Yet my wife has been patient and forgiving as we adjust and I can work better at balancing the intricate details. Even this fall will bring more obligations since I will take on the role of the Vice President of the Student council.

And my two children are great. I am excited to see them grow and to be a part of their lives.

Now I am finishing my week in Chicago visiting the in-laws my 2 year old is just loving the time with her Oma and Opa. Next time we’re up here, my son will be more aware of what’s going on.

I am happy with life 🙂
