A HUGE mess

So I talked to his lawyer yesterday and he said that the evidence that I had collected was not going to help Brandian because the actual robbery did not take place on 12/05/05.  Brandian knows the name of the guy that he got the gun from, but dude died about 2 months ago in jail.  DAMN IT.  The lawyer said that he can TRY to get it taken down to a misdemeanor and get him put on probation…..but he told me that the likelihood of that happening is very low, so i need to come prepared for the worst.  All I can do is pray…..his mom is nervous.  I mean this is the first REAL thing he has been charged with.  I mean he has some driving on a suspended license things on his record, but  no felonies….nothing really BIG.  I look at Braylon and I want to cry because he just jumps and laughs when i show him a picture of his daddy, or when he hears his voice.  If he doesnt get propabation on Thursday, then it will be July before he could even possibly get out…..but that is still not a guarantee.  So he could possibly miss Braylon’s 1st birthday.
