LGH 1-3

I’m joining in on the Lets Get Healthy Challenge… I wanted to catch up with the daily challenges since I’m coming in on Day Four.

Day One Challenge:
Write your current stats: height, current weight, and goal weight. Why are you losing weight?

Height:  5’8
Current Weight:  315
Overall Goal Weight:  155
Phase 1 Goal Weight: 299

I’m losing weight because I need to. Also because I am trying to get Lap Band.

Day Two Challenge:
Describe your dream/goal body.

My goal body would be athletic and thin. I want to be strong and be able to run, lift, etc. I want to fit into clothes nicely, so I don’t want to be bulky. Just thin and strong. I know if I lose the amount of weight I want to lose, I would probably need some plastics to help me out 🙂
My dream body would be something like "Tara" from True Blood….

Day Three Challenge:
Is your UGW (ultimate goal weight) in an unhealthy range of BMI? (Use this calculator to determine a healthy range of BMI.)

No. My UGW is just crossing the line from overweight to healthy. Like many people who get WLS,  I feel that my whole purpose in this is to get to a healthy BMI classification.
