Enjoying work and loneliness

My first week at work has been amazing. I love it. I am alone most of the time, my boss gives me work to do and I do it autonomously. I still need guidance, but I think I am learning fast and I really enjoy the place, the people and the job itself. It is also amazing to work, and not to be in the same old system go going to lectures, taking notes and taking exams. Moreover, I feel appreciated. People are enthusiastic to know I will be there for 3 month 100%, and also I realized that I am considered added value. My knowledge of several topics is considered important and this is a boost for my self-esteem.

I am sitting in the dark of my bedroom now, and enjoying loneliness like never before. The good side of being single: in my life, I travel alone. I do not need to take care of the needs of my partner and do things that I most likely would not enjoy. Indeed, most of the things I like to do are things I do alone. Like writing, or drawing, or reading. I am not accustomed to sharing, and having constantly someone beside me would get on my nerve after a couple of days.

With that being said, I take a nap.
