What’s interesting is while I do see incentive structures and often see opportunities to word things in a way to get people moving, if it’s something I want for myself, I often want them to do it because they want to.
Do you ever get that feeling that after convincing someone to do something, it feels cheap? Or not as rewarding as if they would’ve agreed by themselves?
