Temple thoughts
I went to the temple to clear out my mind, because I’ve been doing a lot of traveling, I had a lot of experiences and just trying to realign my brain you know. Meditation helps me clear out the junk, see through the delusions of the day and focus on what I feel is important to me, it’s a practice I believe everyone should at least experience… I think self analysis is one thing this western culture’s really lacking, one of the reasons "Jersey Shore" is so popular *Puke*.
This is the only life we know we have, and now is the time to capitalize on our experience, to share our love with those who can understand it and live without the sense of regret that all too often dominates peoples’ lives – and I think you can do that while maintaining a sense of self and safety. Most of the time at the temple we just talked, but then there was a lot of teaching (kind of like drop in classes) and then of course quite a lot of meditation, it was really cool to meditate with so many people around, it really gave me a sense of spiritual energy, you know, that you’re not alone trying to find wisdom.
