Well it never seems to fail that when I start to write an entry Cooper wakes up.. so we shall see what happens this time!
Today is a freaking snow storm. This morning I had plans to go swimming at the mom & tot swim with my boss her two boys, and my coworker(my bosses neice) Lisa.. We still went even though it was NASTY. The roads are unplowed and we have a couple inches of fresh snow.. Yuck.
I really don’t mind driving in it as long as my car is completely wiped off, and defrosted.. I am sooo anal about it.. Like i brush every inch of snow off.. haha.. We went out for coffee after swimming…. It was nice.. Cooper hurt his gums though 🙁 He was "talking" to the table and must have bumped his gums and started bleeding.. I tried to see what was bleeding but he was soo upset! So I looked when we got home– it’s right under his bottom teeth 🙁 Poor boy.
He puked last night, full out vomit in his bed.. I don’t know why exactly.. I think it’s all his salvia makes him gag a bit and then he coughs and coughs until he pukes.. My guess anyways.. I had JUST put him to bed, so he was still awake.. (yes, Cooper goes to bed awake.. how awesome is that?!) so I had to get Brandon’s attention in the basement to come help me.. I have asked him 100 times to keep the baby monitor on in the basement because I can yell as loud as I can (which is LOUD let me tell ya) and he can’t hear me.. Which scares me.. something could happen and he would have NO idea.. He also plays video games with head phones on which doesn’t help.. ugh… Anyways he came up and I changed the bed.. My poor baby.. He seemed fine.. I let him nurse a bit more and back to bed with him.. no more coughing 😀
So tonight was supposed to be the pharmacy christmas party but it is cancelled now because 2/3 of our workers live out of town.. Gah.. Oh well. I was looking forward to a night out.. But we are going to postpone it until January. Brandon, Cooper and I are going to go to my bosses place for a bit after Brandon is done work.. and my mom might tag along since she isn’t going home tonight.. SLeep over! Haha.
That is just how my bosses are.. They don’t care if my mom comes.. She DOES work at the same Zellers as me though so it’s not THAT weird.. but it’s something about the Indian culture with their open arms that makes me happy… Cooper loves other kids so it should be a fun couple of hours.
Tomorrow night we are having a girlie party with basically the same people that would have came tonight.. Lisa (mentioned above) is moving back to Manitoba so we are having a goodbye supper.. Fun. 😀
Since my house is all clean since I thought my MIL was coming over I will take some pictures of it for you ladies to view.. I will go do that now since Coop is still sleeping!!
