Shocker

Well I just got back home from a boring, cold week at Fort Dix, NJ and as soon as I get some internet access what is it that I see on yahoo.com’s main page as a top headline…?  69 computers missing from a Nuclear Weapons Lab….  Ya know this may be nothing serious, but I know it damn sure seems serious and it may not be terroristic but it damn sure sounds terroristic and all I’ve got to say is that while Bush was President sure he can be to blame for our terrible economy if thats what you want but you cannot deny he kept this country safe at the home front.  As soon as he’s gone and Obama takes over this type of shit happens…  I mean really?  No I’m not directly blaming this on Obama, obviously he didn’t go and open the doors for these thieves but what I am saying is that it’s funny that once Bush is out people like this, possible terrorists are a lot more willing to take these kind of chances because they know Obama isn’t a hard ass, he’s a negotiator…  It’s sad and its hopefully not a sign of things to come.

I honestly hope Obama pulls through and does a damn good job, hey if the economy gets better I will applaud the man and his cabinet and give credit due where it’s due…  If he’s smart about the war and doesn’t cut back the military’s funding in ANY way then I’ll be shocked but impressed and will admit it…. but I can’t help but have doubt.  The man was raised in a socialist back ground of education and family thinking.  He wants basically nationalized healthcare like Canada…  I mean really.  His way of thinking seems to be that the government should be in some way in control of everything.  But hopefully I’m just reading him wrong, and I’m sure you people and you know who you are will be in here whining and bitching because I said Obama while talking negatively and your so damn hung on his band wagon, but that’s cool, I could care less, I’ve finally decided to not care what anyone says on here unless they actually want to discuss topics and debate a little, but if you come in here blabbin your mouths and startin shit just because you feel suddenly insulted then don’t even watse your time, your notes will be deleted and I won’t respond, not anymore…

Thanks

Bush kept us safe? Read the 9/11 commission report. Bush received more than 40 warnings between January 2001 and September 10, 2001 and didn’t do a DAMN thing to protect us from the September 11th attacks. Now some computers get stolen and you attack Obama? Bush ignored. People died. That’s the facts.

You have no facts to back up your opinion about “Clinton being at fault for 9/11”. If you read the 9/11 Commission Report, you’d know the truth. A memo entitled “Bin Laden Determined to Strike in the US” was given to BUSH and his entire staff (not Clinton, who was already out of office) on August 6th, 2001. They ignored the threat. We were attacked. People died. Get your facts straight next time.

But I thought you said responding to those notes was the fun part? Nationalized health care DOES seem to work well for the countries that have it. Maybe here we’re too suspicious and mistrustful of our government for it to work. The security around a nuclear weapons lab must be phenomenal. I’m thinking inside job.

A bird poo’d on my car today. This never happened when Bush was president.

Here’s your link: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,53065,00.html There are many other sources for this same story. You can always tell when someone has no conviction for their beliefs — they get angry and make personal attacks. No need for you to tell me to shut up. I was never rude to you.I used Fox News because I figure its the only source you trust. Good day.

Here’s a copy of the actual memo, in case you still need proof: http://news.findlaw.com/hdocs/docs/terrorism/80601pdb.html I’m not a raving lunatic liberal — just a guy who wishes that Bush had listened to his intelligence sources.Documents were stolen during Bush’s administration too. Do I sincerely believe that Bush et al could have DONE anything about the impending attacks? Not neccessarily. Just want you to get your facts straight. This kind of catastrophe could have happened to ANY President. Give Obama some slack. Is he supposed to personally protect nuclear information? Would McCain or (shiver) Palin have done any better? Be honest with yourself. It would be refreshing.

I feel your opinion is very insightful and that people would be wise to open their eyes while they can.

For saying that you hope Obama does a good job, you sure do hold him to a double standard… Bush and the Nuke flying issue… Yeah… Ummm, whoops… Not bush’s fault, but definately on his watch… Glad he busted down people, and I expect Obama to do likewise… But you are blaming the CEO of Walmart for something that happened with a store clerk… Oh, and Bush was more at fault for 9/11, Clint

ton himself was a horrible president, and had a hand in this horrible economy, and is a POS for not taking responsibility for his part in the gaggle, however, Bush needs to take his own responsibility too… And you need to dish it to him.
