Mr. Obama, Do I Sense Arrogance?

Obama being Obama I guess.

"President Obama listened to Republican gripes about his stimulus package during a meeting with congressional leaders Friday morning – but he also left no doubt about who’s in charge of these negotiations. "I won," Obama noted matter-of-factly, according to sources familiar with the conversation.

But perhaps taking a cue from Obama’s “I won” line when Democrats were asked if they were concerned about Republicans blocking the package, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid had a swift one-word answer: “No.”

This is an exerpt from a website I encountered today on yahoo.com.  A story talking about a meeting at the WH recently in which President Obama spoke rather arrogantly to the GOP in concerns to his new stimulus package.  The republicans were arguing that perhaps this wasn’t the best method in which to "stimulate" the economy, basically how can you spend money you don’t have…  Obama made it very clear the he won when he said, "I won" to the GOP.  As if to say the republicans were only arguing because they were upset that he won…  That hints definite arrogance and perhaps conceadedness.  And to make it more obvious Senate Majority Leader Harry Dumbass, I’m sorry Reid, made it very clear in a stern response to the question of republicans being able to block the package, "No", because they are are so proud that this "bipartisan" government that Obama speaks of so often is actually quite partisan in the fact that the democrats now practically rule the government in everyway.  God help us all.

The Kool Aid was consumed when Bush was voted in, now that Obama is President people have finally stopped drinking that shit. The Gods blessed us all with Democrats instead of Neo Cons. It’s okay if Republicans want to whine and be unhappy for the next 4 to 8 years. As a Democrat myself I whined and have been unhappy the past 8 with a Republican Administration so I can empathize with those of youwho aren’t too happy since I have been there.

If you want to point a finger to while things are so bitter up on the hill, why not try the GOP who were very ignorant and unwilling to work with demcorats when they were incharge of the entire government. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, they want to be treated better than they treated the democrats during their reign? Fraid not, they’re about to get a taste of their own medicine and it was by their own doing…

Thank God there are other peoples with brains. I really thought everybody was losing it. Thank you.

Don’t you know that “bipartisan” means “We’ll all get along if you just agree with me”? Duh!
