I need to relax

I hope writing will help me some. I can’t sleep. I fell asleep for a couple hours earlier. I was woken up to Aaron getting angry with his video game. One dog was scared and dog cuddled close to me. Aaron’s been in bed for a couple hours now, yet I can’t relax from his raised voice. I know it has nothing to do with me.

I don’t like when he does that. He knows I don’t like it. He always claims it’s never his fault his video games don’t cooperate. He acts like a foolish child when he plays the games….It’s been a little awful the last couple days.

Other ladies have said their man acts the same way when playing video games. Why do guys get so upset/angry with it? like yelling or raised voices.

I get so nervous with raised voices….nervous to the point I have to pee all the time.
