So this past week has been a success for some of us and not so great for others (including myself), but they this is for support! Even though you messed up last week, this is a new week! Make sure not to dwell on what you did wrong, and focus this week on what you can do to make your weight loss journey right! Dont get discouraged, we all occasionally eat that 2000 calorie hamburger or a snickers bar. This is a new week! TAKE CONTROL OF IT!! =)

If you didn’t lose a pound this week, then don’t worry about it! Stay on track. Becoming healthy isn’t easy and reaching your long term goals isnt easy! Remember some weeks you may not lose a pound or you main gain a couple, and then other weeks you lose 5! Stay focused on your goal and don’t give up because later it’s just not worth it (trust me i know) ! =)

Rules are simple: Just weigh in each week (if you weigh in on a diff day then when we started then just message me when you have an update so i can update your tracker!! Keep a food log and exercise log if you want, but its not required!
