WEIGHTLOSS CHALLENGE! WHOS UP FOR IT?!?!?
Ok! So here is the deal! I think we should start a small personal goal challenge in the weightloss circle!!! Since NEW YEARS is only 14 weeks away, might as well start a new years challenge! I think that we should all get together and give support to each other. 14 weeks isnt that far away, especially considering thanksgiving and christmas are both within that time period. We should all get together and set our own personal goals for the holidays.
This challenge is for the next 14 weeks until New Years! Right through the holidays which is a difficult time for eating for most of us. We will well work together to lose weight and get through Thanksgiving and December. We will learn how to have fun without overeating. Sure its hard! Thats why its a challenge!
Lets support one another throught this time and learn from each others mistakes and successes!
My Goal is to lose 25 pounds by January.

Each week I will put them in order from overall biggest losers to loser, and their will be weekly winners too. Im trying to create some little picture to put on your opendiary for the overall winner and weekly winner, but ill have to think about that a little more! ANYWAY!

I’m in! I am at 152 lbs this morning and I would like to be 140 by christmas! It is not my long-term goal, but it is a number on the way to my ultimate goal!

I’ve been having a hard time losing weight, but maybe if I set a goal I’ll be able to force myself to work out more. Current weight: 172 lbs. 14 Week goal: 160 lbs. [12 lbs] End Goal: 140 lbs.

im up for it. my current weight is 189.6 lbs (im currently doing southbeach and started at 200) my goal weight by jan would be 175 (i just made that up right now). another one of my goals is to workout 5 times a week. im glad to see you back by the way 🙂 its been a while.
