[day 186]a revamp

Today my day started pretty early. Going to sleep at 4am and then waking up for an 8 ALGEBRA class is pretty hardcore. I honestly have to try in algebra. My graduation date depends on passing this class, along with the ones im taking in the fall. I want this so badly that all i can afford to do is succeed. December 17th is graduation and i hope by that time that im pretty close to being my goal weight. 5 months away. Alot can happen in 5 months. But is 49 pounds reasonable. Of course it is. 2.5 pounds a week per month until then. =)

I was extremely tired when i got off of work. Thats right, i got to go to class and then to work. woopie! I was sooo exhausted and i got to leave around 1 so i was pretty happy. As soon as i got home i went to sleep and slept until about 12 tonight. Which felt great. I love catching up on sleep. So here i am. Im definatly going to go back to bed VERY soon and i think im going to wake up in the morning and go to curves, and since i slept all afternoon today im going to have to go on saturday so i dont get a strike because i definatly do not want to get kicked off of the island..lol.

The 170’s feel great, i just honestly i want to feel the 160’s soon. Today i ate ok. I had a bacon, egg and cheese burrito (full of protein..lol) and for lunch i ate a salad and it was pretty good i must say=) I didnt do that good on my water intake, but thats what i get for sleeping all day. Tonight i woke up and was super hungry and instead of driving to get something (like the much wanted wendys and taco bell..) i decided to eat a banana because i am going back to sleep. I should invest in more fruit, i really like it, and it controls my sweet tooth. I love yogurt too=) Hmmm, tomorrow im going to make a small snack grocery list to help me get over my fastfood cravings. Its hard not to eat out all the time when youre a college a student…bc its so dang convienent

Goals:
Lose 10 pounds (be in the 160’s..and yes 169 counts..lol) by september 1st
Drink AT LEAST 64oz of water a day or half my body weight in ounces
Eat more fruit and veggies
Eat out less (because its a diet wrecker)
Workout at least 5 times a week…curves 3 times and possibly running 3 times(no working out on sundays)
Have 2k in the bank by the time fall semester starts which is august 24th(halfway there)

Its odd but this year is going by so quickly. It seems like yesterday when we were all about our new years traditions…lol. Its time for a revamp=)

ps my birthday is coming up pretty soon…august 25th, its on a friday and i dunno what im going to do. maybe get a hotel room at the casino..lol..and boooooz it up for free all night and gamble…what fun!!!!

2k in the bank..that would be fantastic. except i just got a property tax bill for $2200!! can you beleive that?? sucks.

Wow that does sound like fun!! I can’t wait to finally NOT BE A MINOR!!! lol You’re goals seem reasonable, I wish I could motivate myself to do that again! It just seems like work and school sucks life out of me!!

hmm…. my note didn’t save. Anyway, those are great goals. I’d give anything to have 2k in the bank… being a student is highway robbery 🙂
