[day 94] So close to being at day 100

Only 6 days until i will be at my day 100. Woohoo! I think i lost 2 more pounds but i dont know. I wont know until tomorrow which is usually my weighin day. =)

Ive been having car troubles for the past year i guess i could say and ive put a lot of money into my car. Here are the things that i can remember that has been fixed:

Since August Of 2005
Temperature Sensor
Themomentor
Radiator
Hoses

Oxygen Sensors
CrankShaft Sensor
Brake Pads
Muffler Work
New Tires
Air Filter
Oil Changes every 3,000 miles

And some other things that i cant remember….. My car is still running hot when i sit idle and my check engine light is still on. During the hurrican i got over half of those things fixed because i needed my car to be working RIGHT when i got home, because nothing would be open if it got broken due to all the damange in our area. Well one of the machanics really screwed me over. He told me i needed a crankshaft sensor when i told him i was pretty sure that it was the Camshaft and he said that he checked his computer and i was mistakened. Anyway. So i went to Auto-Zone yesterday because they check why your engine light is on and can clear it for free. So i got it cleared and it was off long enough for me to drive home. I was so excited. Finally…my check engine light OFF! I get back into my car and it clicks right back on. =( So i go right back to autozone and ask him to run it again, and it said my CAMSHAFT SENSOR FAILING. So yeah. I was screwed over on that part completely. Ugh.

So when im idle my car runs hot. We fixed almost everything else that would make it run hot. The things in bold above where what was suppose to be making it run hot. Well my boyfriends friend who is a mechanic told me that if i brought my car to his house, then he would fix my waterpump, because thats what they said could be the only problem left, and my dad agreed that it was probably that, because we had changed everything else. So, we change it. Im so excited that my car is almost fixed, and well, we leave it idle and guess what. IT STARTS RUNNING HOT!!

Do you have any idea how pissed i was? It took us 5 hours to get it changed. I paid Jimmy because thats not fair for him to do all that work for nothing. I bought the part which was 82.08 and i paid him $60 because if he would of done it at his shop then it would be alot more expensive. He didnt want me to pay him, but i wasnt going to let him do that for free. It was a lot of work. So yeah, i need a new fan for my car and a camshaft sensor, because my fan wasnt clicking on when it was hot, which is when its suppose to. I was so upset about it.

Its just everytime i think its finally going to be fixed its not. Summer is coming up and im going to be pissed if i have to roll down the windows in 100 degree weather with the heater on just to keep my car from overheating. I priced the stuff and well, for the sensor its $35 and for the cooling fan its going to be about $200 just for the parts, not including the labor. It would be nice if Jimmy would do it, but i kind of feel bad for asking him. I dunno. Its just convienent for me (im sure its not for him because he fixes cars all day already), and well if he does it then i dont have to drop my car off somewhere for a couple of days. If my dad does it, i wont have to drop it off somewhere either. Its just easier for me you know?

Im busy. Im taking 22 REAL hours in college, and i work full time. I workout constantly and im always driving. My car is my baby. The Stang Is Sick Right Now. =( and has been for about a year or so. I just havent had the money to do it.

So yeah i guess after spending $350 MORE after all of this shit, then my car will finally be fixed. Anyway. Sorry about this long ass rant. But luckily i wrote everything down thats been fixed, just incase one day i decide to sell it, i can come back to my handy dandy diary and find out.

Woohoo! Only 2 more weeks and the challenge is over. I need to weigh 192 to make the *10 Week Challenge* and i have to workout at least 3 times a week for the next 2 weeks and i get my cool curves t-shirt. lol. Anywho! =) Hope everyone has a good week. Ill definatly tell you my weight tomorrow when i find out! Byye ladies
