When I SAYS I have a UTI…
I HAS A UTI. Pretty simple right? LOL … but I had to spend $184 to go see a doctor, have them do a urinalysis, feel my belly (even though they already had the results of the urinalysis confirming I was right) to tell me "yeah you do have a bladder infection, here’s a spript for some antibiotics"
I know when I have a UTI people. I know my body, and when you’ve had chronic UTIs as a kid and a few as an adult you know real well what one feels like!! REAL well. So yeah. Now I have me some antibiotics that should actually work.
I also have a random day off! Happy Tuesday to me! A lot of our kiddos at work are on spring break, and all but one of mine cancelled today. That one I was going to be seeing along with my supervisor anyways, so we decided between my kids being out, and my being sick anyways, I’d just take the day off 🙂
Loving it so far! Slept till 10. Going to take a nap in a bit, just for good measure. Should be a nice relaxing day, I don’t think I even have anything going on tonight to do. So yay! Rest, and hopefully I’ll feel MUCH better tomorrow for gymnastics. I do still have this annoying, nagging cough from my cold but oh well. The chest congestion in mostly gone so that is good.
Ok back to relaxing… gonna work on reading Twilight. Damn obsession!

it’s a ‘cover your ass’ thing that doctors have to do. from my days in medical, i know there’s a lot of people who exaggerate their symptoms and self-diagnose, and while a lot of them are right, there are enough of them that are just looking for a certain diagnosis for whatever reason that they have to be thorough in making a diagnosis, especially one involving a scrip. sucks, but…oh well 🙂 ~
