quick update!

Things are going quite well if you ask me!  Honey (that’s what I named kitty) is doing well, she went to the vet and she’s healthy.  She’s getting spayed on friday, probably.  The woman I adopted her from is looking into low cost spaying (like $20!) for me and has even offered it at no cost to me, but it depends on when the clinic is whether or not I can do it then.  Kitty is definitely well loved.  We just introduced her to the dog, she hissed at her and scared her LOL  I love how the dog is afraid of the cat… ok don’t so much love it but I’d be afraid of something hissing at me too!  Neither of them went after the other so i’m sure they’ll be fine once they get used to each other.

I implemented the spray bottle today to get her to stop scratching the carpet.  I think it’s working, even though I didn’t want to use anything aversive.  Oh well though, as long as it saves the caprpet and our security deposit!

I got myself a straightening iron for my hair yesterday, a pretty nice one that actually works on my hair.  It’s great, I’m so excited to have straight hair today!  I hadn’t realized how long my hair had gotten.

Well, I have to get going I’m off to Stamford for Erik’s dance.   Yup.  Lata!
