I tell you what….being sick is a good way to start a diet. I was sick for about 3 days, and all I ate in those three days was a few spoon fulls of soup, water, and a cup of apple sauce.  I was not hungry at all.  I gradually got my appetite back, but even now it’s not like it was. It’s easier for me to go without the greasy foods right now because I went without it for a few days. I went from 236 down to 227 in 5 days.  I’m sure it’s all water weight, and I have to be careful now that i’m eating, not to gain it back. So I’m trying to stay away from a  lot of carbs.  12 more pounds and I will have reached my first goal.  I just need to get down to 200 and I will be psyched.  I will be back in a week to have an update on how I’m doing. I’m going out with Bo tonight. I’m sure we’ll go out to eat but I don’t want to over do it. Wish me luck.
