Don’t pull out, don’t pull out, don’t pull out!

I am a tea addict.
Every morning for about a month I have had one or two cups of coffee and then a cup of tea in the evening. Yum! Coffee is a very lovely thing to wake up to, I think, and tea comes in so many nice flavors…Mom just bought us some Pumpkin Spice tea. =)

The band clinic thing at Rocky went well. I played my solo perfect except for the last note the kinda went out of tune for a second. Oops! Haha, oh well. Overall it was really fun. We had to stay after our clinic and listen to two other bands and fill out a worksheet thing that Miles made for us. The first band was Mountain View’s and jeebus they were terrible. It was physcially painful to listen to their sloppy articulations, poor intonation, and that gawd-awful oboe! The first clinician spent all of his 15 minutes teaching them the basics of tonguing proper articulation, which is something they should have learned at least three years ago. Fortunately, the second band was the Rocky’s Wind Symphony which blew us away. We actually wanted to hear them and we all shut up to listen. Outstanding. On the way home Sarah, Alexis, and I rocked out to every song (no matter how rocking it actually was) and collected many odd glances from passing cars.

Mollie is staying the night at Lauren’s. I feel like staying up late and doing…something. I dunno.

Oh, and btw, that’s what she said.

Yea, I’m addicting to coffee. I only like tea when I’m on my period. Helps with the cramps. I used to hate solos in band. You should stay up late and read. Haha. Isn’t that such a geeky suggestion?

… and some say: “Pull out, like your father should have years ago”
