Port Townsend Nojomo #3

I had about four hours of sleep before I had to get up, finish packing, and shower. We then headed off to breakfast, then to the cash loan place, then up to my grandmother’s. My dad gave me an expensive bottle of Spanish balsamic vinegar and a can of fancy olive oil that I’m guessing he bought for himself and can’t take to Thailand. And then we left and headed up to Port Townsend.

The drive is long but beautiful, and we listened to the audio of Megan Mullally and Nick Offermans new book. It is more of the same from their show we saw and I already read one of Nick’s books, so it wasn’t groundbreaking but it’s entertaining.

We had an awesome lunch at a restaurant on Water st we’d never tried before and browsed in the book store a little. It seems awfully busy for November in this little town so we stopped by the tea shop and I got some Earl Grey creme tea that is so good.

Our Air BnB is amazing. It is in an old Victorian building above a shop. This place is over 100 years old, and in layout and design is so very Victorian. Here are some pictures :

That bathroom is so fancy it’s almost embarrassing to use it.

I was pretty exhausted by the time we got here and this attic bedroom and bed is so cozy I didn’t want to do anything but lay in bed and play warcraft. So that’s what I did. It’s my birthday trip and I’m tired of being stressed out about it. We’ll go do something exciting tomorrow. We have a historical ghost tour tomorrow evening so we’ll at least be doing that…
