don’t actually have anything to write.  just killing time before i head into work.

things are getting seriously busy.  i’m in the next two operas, one i’m lead role (the one we started yesterday) and the other i’m a compromario role (smaller role) and am covering (understudying) the main character.  i’m a little worried about that one because its in french and my french is ne bien pas…

see?!

okay, even i laughed at that.  if you didn’t, you’re a communist.

i’ve started calling people that when they say something that shocks me…

"So i’ve never seen Snatch…"

what, are you a communist?

anyway… what was i saying… oh yeah.  getting busy.  i was at work all day yesterday, and i’ll be there all day today… and tomorrow, and the next day.  oh wait, i have sunday off.

the downside of this immediate opera (of which i have the biggest role in the opera… read: i sing about 10 minutes more worth of music than anyone else… and yet i’m not technically a main character in the plot.  go figure) is that it wouldn’t be so bad being in the entire opera if it wasn’t 20th century.  its very jarring music and you constantly have to be on your toes because the counting is all over the place and… yeah.

i’ll stop bitching.

i have a something i want to talk about… but i’m not sure how to.  a realization i’ve come upon in the last day and half, and its not very good/nice things.  which bothers me, but there is very little evidence to the contrary…  i’ll think about it today and try and figure out how to put it into words.

actually, its not the words i’m worried about, its who might read it (however i highly doubt she would).  meh

p.s. i might be getting a cat.  more on that later.
