Hayride

Today’s been a decent day so far. Heather and I took the girls out for a hayride at this pumpkin patch outside of Stillwater. We actually just kind of happened upon it since we weren’t really sure exactly where the place was. It wasn’t the one we were looking for, but it worked.

The girls loved it. I took tons of pictures, but I still need to upload them and clean them up a bit, then I will post them. So we did the hayride, then there was a corn maze, which we kinda cheated on because our sense of direction sucks, and Kayla was getting kinda crabby. It was about lunch time and nap time when we left the maze. Yikes! Got the girls a couple of little pumpkins for them to hold and play with. Kayla tried to eat hers. The stem part of it too. Yuck. But then again, she puts almost ANYTHING in her mouth. She knows pumpkins are food, and she’s a little piggy.

Alexis loved the little animals they had there, like the piggies, horse, goats, sheep and chickens. She kept saying they were so cute, but they were stinky and needed baths. It was hilarious! She’s do the stinky face too. Such a little ham, I tell ya.

That’s all. Need to do a bit of tidying up while I have the slightest ambition to do so. Will post pics later probably, tomorrow at latest.
