Holy Crap

Andy spent a LOT of money today! We went over to Heather’s to drop the girls off for the weekend, and of course we stayed there for about 3 or 4 hours talking and playing with the girls. We left there around 3:30 I think and headed up to Oakdale to Best Buy. Andy wanted to buy his new surround sound system. That includes a receiver, 2 speakers, and a subwoofer. He also bought homself 2 new Playstation Games and 2 CDs, and a PC game and CD for me. I have been trying to find the first Nickelback CD for 2 years! Mine got stolen out of my sister’s car a few years ago, and I love that CD! Finally found it at Best Buy, so Andy got it for me.

The total at Best Buy? about $1,100. YIKES! But, the receiver was $500 (which we also got a free $250 gift card for purchasing, so we can use that at any time!), the subwoofer was $400, the speakers were $100, and the games and CDs were about $100. Add in tax, and that’s how you get toe $1,100 total. And, it was his tax money to do with what he wanted. Plus, the system he was looking at that he REALLY wanted? Yeah, that was about $2,200! HELL NO!

So then we went to Wally World and bought me a belt, some doorknob covers (so Alexis can’t get into Kayla’s room or the bathroom upstairs), some "raincoats" to protect us until I can use my birth control, a VCR for downstairs, and some speaker wire. Then we picked up Arby’s for supper and came home. I also got a dresser from Heather that they don’t use, so I can use that for Kayla’s clothes, instead of the girls sharing a dresser. That’ll be nice for when she gets into 3-6 month and up clothes, cuz the older they get, the bigger their clothes get, and the more clothes they have!

Anywho… I think Andy’s all done setting everything up in the living room (all the while doing this: ) so I think I’m going to go jump on him.

TTYL!

Don’t Be A Lurker…
