Went to a baseball game to watch hockey

As my title says last Friday nite Micahel and I went to the Nationals game…I am not a baseball fan, but right behind our seats was a bar that had 5 big screen tvs…and they were playing the Caps/Flyers game…so I spent most of the time watching the hockey game, which pissed off Michael.  Now I can normally go to a baseball game and watch it and have a good time, but it’s playoff hockey and the baseball game was boring as hell…no one scored til like the 8th inning I think.  Besides the Caps were down 2-4 and came back in the third period to win 5-4…with an amazing gamewinner by Ovechkin.  That boy has skills.  It was an amazing play on his part.  Although I still maintain that Sidney Crosby is better.  Listening to the Pens/Sens game right now.  Pens are winning at the moment and hopefully they will win…if they win they move on to the next round…and they complete a sweep against the Sens…yay!!!  Payback from last year bitches!!!

Work is going well.  I enjoy it and am learning alot.  I am progressing quickly and hopefully I am impressing my bosses.  I think I am because I got picked to go to another store in Baltimore the next two days to help organize and clean and whatnot because apparantly that store is a mess and needs help.  My boss picked me out of 4 other managers so I guess that means I am doing a good job.  The only thing that sucks about the whole thing is that we have to leave by 5:30 so I have to get up at 4:30am…I usually don’t go to bed until 4:30am…so this is gonna suck getting up that early and going to work. 

Hopefully by next week I will have a new car.  I am getting a great deal from Ford as a Walgreen’s employee…they have some partnership program where we get discounts at all kinds of places.  I am praying that this works out for me as I need a new car asap.  I am being transferred to our LaPlata store when it opens in 3 weeks and I need to have a car before then because it isn’t close enough to walk to like my current store.  I need this job so I need to get a car asap.  At this point I really don’t care what kind of car I get as long as my payment is less than $300 a month.  Which it should be.  I could afford more, but I need to save money to get my own place…and I know that I am going to have to pay more than the $400 a month I pay now.  The cheapest place I’ve seen so far is $800 a month not including utitilies…my current rent includes utilitites…So I definitely need this job.  I need to move out asap.  It’s not that I don’t like living here, but I have too many roommates and I just want some damn privacy…not to mention I am tired of cleaning up after slobby roommates…and Michael and I would just like to have some alone time without being interrupted a million times.  Plus I really don’t feel comfortable being alone around James anymore.  He feels that everytime we are alone that he has free reign to try to fuck me and I don’t think so.  So yeah we dated over a year ago for like 2 months, but he is back with Mary and I am with Michael.  I love Michael.  I don’t want James and he just needs to get that through his thick manwhoring head.  Stupid fucker.

I got Pearl Jam tickets for June 22…YAY!!!!!!!!!  I’m definitely excited about that.  I can’t wait for that concert. 

I want to get tickets for Virgin Mobile Festival.  STP is playing.  I figured that if I could go see STP live and not cry when they played Interstate Love Song…then I am cured.  Although on the other hand, I could have a complete breakdown in the middle of a concert.  We will see.  I’m not sure what I want to do just yet.  I will have to talk to my free therapist Silky and see what he thinks lol.

But other than that everything is going well.  LIfe is finally starting to look up for me. 

WHOOOOOO HOOOOO!!!! Crosby just scored and the Sens are done.  YAY!!!!  The Pens swept the Sens and we are going to Round 2.  I’ll end it on that note.
