No Reality Here

I keep telling Brunk that I don’t live in reality, that I live on my own little dream world. He agrees with me. Like last night Stitch came into work. I told Brunk that seeing the Carnegie Police Car made me miss Shane even more. He told me to stop being so obsessed. I can’t help it. I miss him. He’s been gone for almost 3 weeks now. He comes back on Sunday night. YEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!! I’m working Sunday too. Hopefully he will stop in and see me. I know that there is no possible way that he will ever leave his fiance for me, but there is always that slight chance that it could happen. Brunk and Eddie both agree that I should just give him a toecurler and he would definitely leave his girl for me. Although Eddie said he would rather have a wife who was a great cook over a girl who gives toecurlers. He said at his age food was more important that sex. I told him that he should tell Shane that. Maybe then he would appreciate me for the great cook that I am.

Speaking of being a great cook, I have been thinking about opening my own restaurant for a long time, but after a long thought process I think that starting a catering business would be alot easier. It would cost less money and would satisfy my need to cook. I figure I could start off small, work part time for friends and family and then after awhile expand and cater to more people. When I go to Maryland at the end of the month, I’m going to talk to Momma about it, since she works for Aunt Rita’s catering business. I’m also going to talk to Aunt Rita about it and she what she thinks. Maybe get some pointers from her. I’ve started to do some research on it, and have found that I could do it. I told Brunk that he was going to work for me if I did start my own catering business. He said of course, he’s feel lost if he wasn’t my bitch boy. LOL, yeah he is! I also thought that I could get Tom to help on the business side of it, keeping the books and dealing with the finances and such, since he is good with money. Ashley could help out too. I talked to her about it before and she said she would love to do something like that. Maybe I have stumbled upon a good idea here. I just need to put the work and effort into it. Time to go do some more research, later.
